Msmode offers Free Worldwide Shipping. There is no standard shipping charge at checkout for our Free Worldwide Shipping service.

Shipping is free worldwide, and the cost of customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other government charges is included in our Free Worldwide Shipping service. If such fees occur, they will be covered by us.

Order Processing Time

Order processing time is 1–3 days. During this time, your order is reviewed, prepared and packed for shipment.

Processing time is separate from estimated delivery time. Orders placed during high-volume periods may require the full processing window before shipment.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can review the situation and assist with the next steps.

  • For delayed packages, include your order number and tracking details.
  • For damaged packages, include clear photos of the package and the item received.
  • For missing packages, confirm your shipping address and any delivery updates shown in tracking.
